30 Day Inspection / Return Period

Defects & Errors: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Standard Returns: For all other return reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please message us right away if any package arrives damaged and please take pictures of the damaged item and the condition of the box upon receipt.
If you have multiple orders, we will combine shipping. You must pay whatever shipping is added to each order and once we have your orders packed, we will refund any difference between what you have paid and the actual shipping cost.
If you are a buyer that plans on sending your order(s) to another country after delivery in the United States was made, then you must check the items before sending them out of the country. Refunds in any amount will not be done without the item back.
