We bought them from government surplus. They were taken out and in working condition, as they only updated there system but we're selling as is only because some buyers don't know how to set them up . Some even damage them by hooking wrong power up to them . We used a few ours selfs for or WiFi outdoor cameras. They will have signs of use . Look pictures over well .

If it’s an opened package, Parts might be missing , please check all the pictures , you will get what you see in the pictures . Make sure it’s what’s your want. Serial numbers are recorded if available. Please do not take item apart . In many cases items will have security void stickers. If item is broken during shipping please take many pictures and show item to your local post office so we can start the paperwork to get funds to replace cost
