Astral music is a music of the planets that philosophers have speculated about since ancient times.

How the planets are translated into music: both planetary positions and musical notes can be expressed as mathematical ratios. For a simple example: when the sun is 1/3 Of the way across the sky, it corresponds to a musical note played 1/3 all the way down the string of a musical instrument.

This is based on the natural law of harmonics as discovered by Pythagoras.
