Serious buyers ONLY.Factory Refurbished products are returned items from retailers or customers to the manufacturer for different reasons (defective, exchange, open box). The units are inspected by the manufacturer to ensure that they meet the same quality standards as new products, and include the complete original factory install (some manufacturers no longer include recovery discs or recovery partitions, but may make them available for sale). They operate as any other "new" product, although these units might have minor outside case blemishes or scratches. Factory Refurbished products come with original manufacturer warranties (unless noted), are fully tested by the manufacturer, and are in manufacturer boxes. If you receive a Factory Refurbished unit and it is defective, not working or missing a part, you should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair, or contact us to get a RMA number to return for repair or replacement with the exact same item only. Most of these refurbished items are in good working and cosmetic condition. For detailed product information, please visit the manufacturer's website.
