This is a vintage Atari 1040STf. The computer boots up. The sale includes the Atari mouse, but no monitor. I did a little testing on the mouse, moving it on the screen and clicking icons, but I’m not sure if both buttons work or how good the ball is working.
It is missing 2 keys. I tested all the letter and number keys and those seemed to work.
