Powers on and boots up. All ram is recognized. THIS COMPUTER HAS A STANGE ISSUE! I’ll explain it the best I can. This computer has been disassembled. I removed the keyboard mylar and cleaned it. Here is the issue explained. So the computer powers on and goes to the rainbow Atari logo. When I press help it goes to the self test but has the audio test highlighted and when I press select it won’t move options. If I put a basic cartridge in I can see all of the main keys on the keyboard are working. If I type dos while a basic cartridge is installed the rainbow Atari logo comes back up. If I press help from here it has the memory test highlighted but again I can’t press select to go down. But if I press start I can do the memory test and it passes. So my only guess is I damaged the keyboard membrane while removing it and somehow it’s always holding down the select button? Or maybe a chip is bad that controls the keyboard? If I install a game cartridge that uses the select button, it does not work. The computer acts as if the select button is always being held down. I think. Again it’s very hard to explain, but just know this computer will need to work. NO CABLES INCLUDED! NO RETURNS AS IS!
