This is a sweet little PC. There are many uses for this little thing. Of course, I don't know what most of those uses are. I myself use a Mac, but I needed a PC for a one-time purpose, so I purchased this, and it worked perfectly. I was impressed.
So, OK, it says "open box" and not "used", but I did use it for about 2 hours. It worked perfectly. Then I reset Windows and put it back in its box with everything it came with.
