BCH ST2K-DTF — A4 DTF Printing with Full Color and White Ink More goes into a DTF conversion than adding DTF ink to a standard EcoTank. Printing transfers for dark garments requires white ink, reliable film handling, and RIP software that controls the color and white layers. The BCH ST2K-DTF brings these elements together. Its CMY+Wink system—cyan, magenta, yellow, and white—produces full-color designs with a white underbase for white, colored, and black garments. CMY creates the dark and black areas, allowing the fourth channel to carry white ink. Purpose-built BCH modifications include: - Modified mainboard and reprogrammed PW/PE sensor controls for printing directly onto standard DTF film.

- Four-channel CMY+W printing: Uses cyan, magenta, yellow, and white. Yink Studio combines CMY to create dark and black image areas. There is no dedicated black channel; results depend on artwork, ink, profile, and settings.
- Automatic cleaning between pages: Yink Studio tracks the area covered by white ink and triggers cleaning when the configured threshold is reached.
- Timed cleaning through Yink Studio: Schedule cleaning while the printer is idle. Keep the software running and the printer available. No separate WIMS is required for this workflow; routine maintenance remains necessary.
- Adjustable film supports: Includes a four-point adjustable front platen with bubble level and an adjustable rear feed extension.

- Requires a Windows x64 computer. Windows on ARM, 32-bit Windows, Chromebook, Linux, macOS, iPad, and iPhone are not supported. The demonstrated setup uses USB.
- Yink Studio license:Choose your Yink Studio license duration above: 30 days, 12 months, or Lifetime. Subscription terms begin upon activation. When a subscription expires (30-day or annual), you must renew it or purchase a perpetual license to continue using the licensed printing and automatic-cleaning functions. Lifetime means continued use of the purchased major software version without recurring subscription fees. It includes bug fixes and minor updates for that version; future major-version upgrades are not included and may require a separate purchase. The software license duration is separate from the printer’s hardware warranty
- Consumables: DTF powder, curing equipment, heat press, computer, and garments are not included.
- Assembly, ink filling and charging, software configuration, and routine maintenance are required. Follow the documented white-ink care, nozzle-check, cleaning, and storage instructions. Monitor and empty the waste bottle; resetting the counter does not remove ink. Maximum supported print length has not been established.

- Printer hardware and conversion workmanship: 90 days from delivery.
- Printhead defects: 30 days from delivery.
- BCH repairs or replaces covered defective components without parts or repair-labor charges. Replacement components may be new or refurbished.
- Customers pay shipping to BCH and return shipping for warranty service, except where applicable law or policy requires otherwise.
- Routine cleaning, normal wear, consumable use, and damage caused by misuse, improper storage, incompatible ink, or failure to follow documented maintenance instructions are excluded. Clogging resulting from a covered defect remains eligible under the applicable warranty.
