RETURNS

Some products we sell offer a warranty of up to 1 year from the date of purchase or when the item tracking indicates “delivered”. To file a warranty claim, please message us through and indicate your order number or date of purchase.
A return will only be accepted if the item is in original condition with all associated packaging, documentation, accessories, etc. We take note of all serial numbers and date of manufacture for the products we ship.
Returns are not accepted on repair or restoration services, or on items listed for “parts or repair”. Some large and bulky items have a restocking or return fee.
