Up for sale is a Samsung Q1 Ultra handheld/portable PC, model number NP-Q1u and/or NP-Q1UA000/SEA. We powered this unit up with the included charger, and found that the screen was cracked/damaged (see picture #2). We did notice the unit's display was quite a bit brighter when plugged vs when on battery (picture #3 shows it on battery). We were not able to get any specs or other information off of the device due to the damaged screen as it did not show the BIOS output on a monitor connected to the VGA port.
We did open the unit and found that it has 1GB of RAM and no HDD/SSD (the ZIF cable is included). The processor type and speed is unknown. The battery did hold a charge for us, but we did not test to see how long it lasted. As batteries do lose their ability to hold a charge with age/use, the included battery is not guaranteed in any way. The stylus is included.
Due to our limited ability to test this unit, it is possible that other internal parts may be missing or damaged/non-functional. Because of the bad screen, limited testing, and potential for other missing/damaged parts, we are listing this unit "For parts or not working" and it is being sold as-is with no returns accepted.
Both the handheld unit and charger do show some signs of use and wear such as scratches and scuff marks and dirt/dust. The cable wrap on the charger has some pulled threads.
Includes the Samsung Q1 Ultra unit and charger only - no other items are included. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will receive.
