They are all in generally good condition with shelf wear on some covers.It's not often you can find a full year of BYTE in one place. Vintage magazines like these are a very useful source of information for computer collectors. Why is shipping for these magazines so expensive? Because they weigh 25 pounds when packed! I wish I could ship these by Media Mail to save you money, but postal regulations state that Media Mail cannot be used for anything that contains advertising, even if the ads are decades old and most of the companies no longer exist! Sigh.
Why don't I offer free shipping? There's no such thing as "free" shipping. Sellers have to recover the cost of shipping. When "free" shipping is offered the seller has buried the average cost of shipping the item in the price. This means that buyers who are far away and would have to pay more for shipping get a discount while buyers who are close to the seller and would be able to pay less are overcharged. This is especially true for large or heavy items like this one. I don't think that is fair, so I don't offer "free"
