2. [Part NO. ]The same part number can have different layouts, so don't buy just based on the part number. Keyboards of the same model may have different part numbers from different factories. If the exact part number isn't available, we'll ship a compatible one.
3. [ Backlight ]If you want to upgrade a non - backlit keyboard to a backlit one, please check whether there is a backlit connector on your motherboard. Only in this way can the backlit feature work.
4. [Spanish / Portuguese layout]There are two types of layouts: Spanish and Portuguese. Usually, customers from Brazil need Brazilian Portuguese keyboards, while customers from Portugal need Portugal - style Portuguese keyboards. Customers from Spain only need Spanish - layout keyboards. Customers from America or Latin America can accept both Spanish - layout and Latin - American Spanish - layout keyboards. Please compare the pictures carefully.5.[Keys & Hinges]If you intend to buy a whole keyboard to swap the keycaps with those of your old keyboard, please contact us to check the design of the key hinges before placing your order. This is because, usually, there are several different types of hinges or brackets for the same keyboard model. (Note: We don't sell individual keycaps.)
6. [Installation]Installation likely requires hands - on skills and a welding tool. It is advisable to use an anti - static tool when dealing with the internal parts of a laptop. After installing the keyboard, you will probably need to update its driver.
7. We tested every keyboard before shipping.If some keys don't work after installation, it's not because the keyboard is defective. Instead, it's likely that you haven't connected the ribbon cable of our keyboard properly to your laptop. Please try reconnecting it several more times. Additionally, before installation, clean the keyboard connector on the motherboard and the keyboard cable. Many customers have solved this problem after doing so.
Shipping Information
1. Please pay close attention to the tracking information. When necessary, pick up the parcel from the local post office. Otherwise, the parcel may be returned or lost.
2.Parcels might be delivered to your mailbox, lawn, doorway, corridor, or sometimes even to your neighbor.
3.Please ensure that your shipping address is not in a remote area if you choose expedited shipping services like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc. Otherwise, additional fees may be charged.
4.If you choose small - post air mail services such as Standard Shipping, ePacket, SpeedPak, China Post, etc., deliveries to locations far from main cities can take up to 60 days. Please allow more time for shipping during holidays, for example, the Spring Festival in China or the Christmas holiday in Europe.Customs Clearing and Tax / Duty
1. Door-to-door shipping is not a viable option in certain countries so the user might need to clear the order from the appropriate customs authority.
2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
3.If your shipping address is in Mexico, please provide your RFC number via message; in Chile, provide your RUT number; and in Brazil, provide your CPF number or other tax IDs. Supplying these helps you receive goods faster. (Typically, each package's declared value is around USD10 - USD15.)
