This has been in a box in a closet for probably 15 years. It worked fine when I last had a need to use it. I didn't test it, however.
I believe it has everything you need for basic use as it has cables to go between the computers and the KVM (with those special types of USB connectors) and the Power supply. It even has the funky cord to do a flash upgrade.
Priced low because you're paying the shipping because this is heavy with the cables and power supply.
