Works great, with only mild signs of use. Includes original micro-USB data+power cable. Note that modern MacOS systems are not compatible with this scanner's drivers (please check the Brother website for drivers if you have an older Mac). It works great on Windows systems, including modern ones, however the built-in Windows scanner drivers tend not to be sufficient and you'll likely need to use the drivers easily found on the Brother website.
