The one thing I still would not claim is whether the complete original module was specifically WS-SUP720, WS-SUP720-3B, or WS-SUP720-3BXL. Cisco distinguishes those by the installed forwarding card: PFC3A, PFC3B, or PFC3BXL, respectively. The numbers in these new photos identify the baseboard and its serial number, but they don’t identify which PFC variant was originally installed.

Because it isn’t a confirmed complete 3B/3BXL assembly and hasn’t been tested I’ve lowered the price.
