Tech hints: turn off the XMP profile on your BIOS to allow compatibility initialization! If there is boot problem, try use only two ram at first to initialize then add to full four ram slots. Due to different settings, platforms, and conditions of your motherboard. Not guaranteed to run at 3000mhz. To increase stability, lower the frequency to run on more stable settings. Do not use extreme XMP profile to challenge it.
