Shipping damages has to be claimed within a48 hour periodafter you received the package.If item is damaged in shipping, please keep box and all packaging and contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will not accept returns for any other reason.
If condition of the item purchased was NEW, NEW (OTHER), or USED and was purchased by mistake or you changed your mind, the original shipping charges will not be refunded and you are also subject to a restocking fee up to 20% to recover shipping material cost and fees.
