Section 6: Handling Time Policy:

·If we receive your order before 2 P.M. (Central Time), then your item will be processed in 2-3 business day depends on your method of payment.

NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS

·If we receive your order after 2 P.M. (Central Time), then it might take a little longer

Since USPS changed their rules and regulations, their handling time takes a little bit longer, so please be patient.

Freight shipments will take longer!!!

Section 7: Return Policy:

Shipping damages has to be claimed within a 48 hour period after you received the package. If item is damaged in shipping, please keep box and all packaging and contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will not accept returns for any other reason.

If condition of the item purchased was NEW, NEW (OTHER), or USED and was purchased by mistake or you changed your mind, the original shipping charges will not be refunded and you are also subject to a restocking fee up to 20% to recover shipping material cost and fees.

TO ALL RESELLERS- If your customer has canceled the order you are still responsible for purchasing this item, regardless if the product was shipped or not. If you request a refund the 20 percent restocking fee is going to be applied.
