4 total cartridges, 2 yellow, 1 magenta, 1 cyan. Boxes open, the 3 pack are all still sealed in OEM plastic, the extra yellow is open but completely new and unused, plastic seal still on back. All priced accordingly so you get a good deal on it just because the packaging was all opened before they realised they ordered the wrong size.
