• Stiff & Strong & Heat Resistant: Composed of 80% PA and 20% Carbon Fibers, offering exceptional stiffness, strength, and heat resistance with outstanding layer adhesion.
• Ideal for Industrial Engineering: Perfect for applications requiring torsional, tensile, and impact strength. Suitable for gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, bicycle frames, and more.
• Heat Resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 209°C, making it ideal for high-temperature applications like automobile exhaust pipes and pot handles.
• Not Compatible with AMS: This filament is too brittle for use with AMS or other multi-color systems.

Printing Settings:

• Nozzle Temperature: 270-290°C
• Bed Temperature: 50-70°C
• Print Speed: 50mm/s – 150mm/s
• Annealing: 80°C~130°C for 5-12 hours to enhance heat resistance
• Bed Surface: Works well with a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA on almost any surface.

Printing Tips:

• Drying is essential before printing. Recommended conditions: 80°C for 24 hours or 110°C for 4 hours.
• Use abrasion-resistant nozzles made of hardened steel when printing with copper spray to prevent wear.
