Items paid for before 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the following business day.

—Calculated Shipping with FedEx: Standard shipping estimates are calculated using FedEx Ground service to a commercial address. Please note, for an address listed as a residential address in FedEx's directory, /FedEx will add an additional surcharge of a few dollars at checkout for FedEx Home Delivery.

—International Shipping: We ship internationally using 's Global Shipping Program.

We accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through PayPal, or cash on pickup (by appointment) from our warehouse in St. Joseph, MI.

Warranty

We will refund this item within 30 days of delivery if it is dysfuntional, significantly defective, or clearly not as pictured. We warrant nothing else. Buyer responsible for safety prior to use, such as testing/installation by qualified personnel. Seller shall only be liable for the purchase amount; Seller shall not be liable for any damages after delivery.

Returns or Exchanges

Returns dependant upon Seller warranty (see above). Exchanges dependant upon availability. Buyer is responsible for all shipping (transport) costs, especially any return shipping. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
