Cisco documents CUCM 12.5 and later as call control for these phones. Cisco also documents a migration path from enterprise to MPP firmware for Webex Calling (7841 hardware V04 or later). We have not tested either. Please confirm with your administrator or provider that these phones are supported before buying.
