Cisco has applied a sticker to this carton reading "SW must be 11.7 or later" (shown in the photos). This hardware revision requires firmware / Cisco Unified Communications Manager software version 11.7 or newer. If your call-control platform is older than 11.7, this phone will not register. Please confirm your CUCM / firmware version before purchasing - this is the single most common reason an 8841 of this revision does not work on number: CP-8841-K9= (the "=" denotes a Cisco spare / standalone SKU)

WHAT THIS SKU INCLUDES
Cisco ships the CP-8841-K9= with the phone, handset, handset cord, footstand and documentation. A power adapter is NOT included - this phone is designed to run on Power over Ethernet, or you can supply a Cisco power cube separately. An Ethernet patch cable is not included either. Because the box is sealed I have not opened it to verify the exact contents; the above is Cisco's standard pack for this part number.
CONDITION
Brand new and factory sealed with the original shrink wrap intact. The carton shows light shelf and handling wear as visible in the photos. Contents have not been inspected, powered on or registered to a call manager; sold as sealed factory stock exactly as received.
