This is CP-8851-K9 hardware (rear label PID/VID CP-8851-K9 V16) that is now running MPP firmware: the phone's Product information screen shows Product name CP-8851-3PCC and software sip88xx.12-0-7MPP0501 (MPP 12.0(7)). Cisco's MPP firmware is made for third-party SIP and hosted platforms; Cisco lists Webex Calling, Cisco BroadWorks (BroadSoft) and Asterisk (e.g. FreePBX) among supported platforms. Cisco states MPP firmware does not work with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Please confirm with your provider or administrator that this phone is supported before buying. Powered by PoE; no power supply included.

Firmware conversion between enterprise and MPP is governed by Cisco's own process and licensing. We do not know how or for which platform this phone was converted, and we have not tested it with any provider. Please confirm compatibility before buying.
