Upon purchase, the seller will remove it from their network and unclaim it from their organization, then ship promptly. • DOA / hardware defects: Accepted within 3 days of delivery if the unit fails to power on or has a verified physical/hardware fault. Buyer must contact seller before returning.

• Claim status: Buyer is strongly encouraged to claim the device to their own Meraki organization and add it to a network within 24 hours of delivery to confirm clean status immediately. Once the device has been claimed and/or added to any Meraki network — by the buyer or any third party — after delivery, no returns or refunds will be issued for claim-related issues, as this is outside seller's control once the item has shipped.
