This device is used and has been processed through our test lab. Cosmetically, the unit may have blemishes such as scratches and scuff marks consistent with age and normal use. At VarData, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, therefore a 30-Day warranty is included with this unit. 

Shipping Policy:
Orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been placed, and payment has been received. Business hours are Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped within the next 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: We do not offer technical support; we can only answer basic questions regarding the devices purchased. Support available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We offer an exchange or money back per customer preference only on items that are not in full functional condition or not as described. This must occur within 30 days of receiving the item. Please send a message should you wish to perform an exchange pending our stock quantity. Replacements are shipped as soon as the original item is in back to our warehouse. Returns/Refunds are processed once the item is received back in our warehouse in the condition it was sent in. We will only provide a return shipping label if the item is deemed defective or not as listed.

Buyers in NY and AZ are subject to Sales Tax. AZ sales tax calculated based on 9.2%. Refunds will be given based on the actual County tax rate.
