If the item or shipping box arrives damaged, the buyer must provide 8 clear photos showing:
The outer shipping box
The inner packaging
All visible damage to the item
Photos must be sent to the seller before any refund or claim will be considered.
Do NOT discard the shipping box or item.
Both must remain available for carrier inspection.
Failure to provide photos or retain packaging/items will result in no refund processed.
