The Commodore 1351 Users Manual has some discoloration on the front cover, and the outer boxes have a small amount of shelf wear. Beyond that everything here is in excellent physical condition. Photos tell the story best, check 'em out.
All disks load up nicely on my 1541-II drive and are compatible with both the Commodore 64 and 128. The buttons on the mouse work consistently, tho the mouse directions jitter a bit when used and are mostly unresponsive. My guess is a good deep cleaning of the internal parts will get this going. Because the mouse doesn't work 100% everything is sold as seen, as described, and as-is, with no returns. The price reflects this, and hopefully with some TLC you'll be able to get this uncommon peripheral up to snuff.
