Vintage Compaq Deskpro 286e 80286 PC – Tested & Working – Upgraded
Up for sale is an original vintage Compaq Deskpro 286e personal computer.
The computer has been personally tested and confirmed working. I do not currently have the necessary external setup/cards available to photograph the system connected to a monitor, so a powered-on display image is not included.
This system also contains desirable period-correct expansion hardware that has now been identified.

The computer is in very nice overall vintage condition for its age. Normal age-related cosmetic wear and discoloration may be present.
The case has been opened and the internal components photographed so buyers can see the actual hardware included with the machine.

Because this is vintage electronic equipment, no guarantee is made regarding the future longevity of individual drives, capacitors, batteries, or other age-sensitive components.

Shipping:
This system will be packed very carefully. I double-box vintage computers and use substantial padding around the system to help protect the case and internal components during shipment.
