The board will NOT boot without a programmed BIOS chip.- MISSING HEATSINK: The VIA VT8363 Northbridge chip is bare (heatsink removed, mounting holes present).- The board is untested and sold strictly AS-IS, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY.
