Cradlepoint CBA850 Router with MC400-1200M-B Modem (Multi Carrier)Broadband Router S4A452A - The Modem included does work in other Cradlepoints. Pictures are of one of the Devices in this listing. But all the devices are the same. This does have a Console port for out of band management. I've also loaded a firmware that DOES NOT require a Cradlepoint subscription. Power adapter is not included, but device can be powered over PoE (as many do) and I'm happy to include a PoE injector for free - just let me know.Note: This item is sell on Amazon now for over $350 - The modem alone is worth more what I am selling these for.
