Up for offer is a old PCI Creative Labs DVD decoder card, model CT7160.
I believe this card is only used for connecting to a ATAPI DVD-ROM drive via its internal connection headers and can then be used to connect to an TV using its external connectors like the S-Video port. But I havent seen a PC with a card like this installed in a very long time, probably since the Windows 95 era.Since this is a old PCI based card, I do not have any means to test this card if it works.To use this card you will probably need vendor specific drivers from Creative Labs, I dont know if they are available from Creative Labs themselves anymore, but I am sure they are still archived on various websites online, if not on websites like the way back machine or the internet archive.
