Returns
Reliant Cellular offers a 30 day Worry Free return policy on any defective merchandise. Returns will be accepted on any merchandise returned in same condition as sold. No broken, or customer damaged merchandise returns will be accepted. No returns or refunds will be granted to a customer who returns a different item than sent to the customer. Reliant Cellular reserves the right to deny any refund to a customer who sends back any item that is materially different than the one ordered and delivered. Terms and Conditions of sale: Due to the risk of fraud from purchases of Smartphones and Electronics, no chargeback filed with a credit card company will be granted. The purchase of this listing is confirmation of these terms of sale. Any item sent back to Reliant Cellular after purchase, not matching the IMEI number or Serial # of the item we have confirmed as sent to any customer, shall be sent back to the customer and any refund attempt will be denied. Reliant Cellular, prior to shipping the customer their order, will send a confirmation email showing pictures of the item sent as well as visual proof of the serial # of the item. All orders from Reliant Cellular over the value of $200 will be shipped with Signature tracking. A customer's signature and acceptance of the order is confirmation the order was received in full. Any customer claim of receiving an empty package or not receiving the order, but signed for the package and accepted it from the delivery carrier will be denied.Any "empty package claims" will be denied and referred to the shipping carrier for all claims.
