The D12Pro is a compact Bluetooth thermal label printer with a built-in magnetic back that keeps it securely attached to compatible metal refrigerators, cabinets, or shelves. It stays visible and within reach whenever you store leftovers, prepare meals, or organize pantry containers. After completing the initial date synchronization in the AiYin app, simply double-press the front button to print today's date in a fixed Month-Day-Year format without reopening the app. For other dates or custom formats, you can create and print them manually within the app. Connect the printer to one iOS or Android phone at a time to generate custom text, dates, icons, barcodes, QR codes, and templates. All custom designs require the phone app; Windows and Mac computers are not supported. The D12Pro works with most 12–15mm direct thermal label rolls up to 40mm in diameter, including pre-cut and continuous labels, with a maximum label length of approximately 50mm. It prints black text only at 203 DPI resolution without ink, toner, or ribbons, and recharges via USB-C without requiring brand-specific tapes. Continuous labels may need manual separation at the serrated edge. Ideal for labeling leftovers, meal-prep containers, freezer bags, pantry jars, and other household items – simply apply labels to clean, dry container exteriors. Note that the included labels are not dishwasher-safe nor intended for direct food contact. For best performance, install the label roll straight with the thermal side facing the print head, calibrate after changing label types, and gently clean the print head with a dry cotton swab if blank labels appear.
