This comes with the motherboard, IO shield, CPU, CPU cooler, and RAM. There is 256MB of RAM installed. The CPU is a Celeron 850 MHz CPU. This is tested working. I replaced the CMOS battery so date/time and BIOS settings save. The rear ports have some surface corrosion as shown. The heatsink/fan is a little dusty from previous use. This is used so there is some wear and scratches on the items. Check pictures above.
