*This device charges via USB-C Power Delivery (PD) — not standard USB charging. It requires a genuine PD-compliant charger (45W or higher recommended) with a PD-capable USB-C cable. The adapter and device perform a negotiation handshake to set the correct voltage; charge-only cables or fixed-voltage/non-PD USB-C adapters (common with phone chargers and some power banks) will not complete this handshake and the device will not charge.
*Note: the included charging cradle uses its own internal charging circuit and may charge successfully with adapters that don't work when plugged directly into the tablet's USB-C port. For most reliable direct charging, use a PD adapter rated 45–65W (the type commonly included with USB-C laptops such as Dell Latitude/XPS models).
