Drive has 100% health without any bad or weak sectors as reported from Hard Disk Sentinel storage tool. The 70% performance was a result of using an external USB hard drive docking station to test the drive using a USB 2.0 port instead of a USB 3.0 port. This sale is for a bare drive only. It does not include any other accessories not listed or mentioned such as screws, caddies, cradle, etc... You'll get what you see in the photo.
