Warranty
All products sold by Computer Palace 786 are covered with a 90-day warranty.
Customers may return any new item(s) that are purchased from Computer Palace 786 within 30 days of delivery if the item(s) are still in an unopened box or any item(s) that arrives at the customer location damaged or are determined to be defective or “dead on arrival”.
All item(s) that are returned to Computer Palace 786 must be in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund for the item ordered. Additional charges will apply for parts replacement, replacement of original packaging, and labor to restore the item(s) to sellable condition.
Shipping
We provide Free Shipping to all our customers. Items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
We will ship all orders placed till 2PM CST on the same business day of payment. This does not apply to LOT orders and holiday times. For additional questions, contact our customer service department.

Q: I want to return my computer, what do I do?
A: First, check if it is past 30 days. Second, request a return by going to your purchase history and third, send it back to us at the address indicated. If there is an issue with the product please contact us before going for a return — we will try our best to resolve the issue right away. Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fee on returns.
