Servers, storage arrays, switches and routers usually ship within 3-5 business days. Components typically ship within 1-2 business days.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping we will offer a refund or replacement of your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the product is defective). For non-defective items a re-stocking fee may also apply.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
