I have one of these, you are getting the exact machine from the photos. It seems like most R440s ship from the factory with one CPU, but this one has two Xeon Silvers, both heatsinks, all the fans, even has raid.
Metal lid cover and chassis have MANY cosmetic scratches to surface. All wear is cosmetic.
This server comes with a 30 day warranty, but it is NOT a complete machine. There is no RAM, No hard drives, No drive caddies, No rack Rails. Everything that is included, the motherboard, the CPUs, the power supplies, all has a 30 day warranty.
I installed my own DDR4 ECC REG RAM to test this server and take photos of the bios for you, after testing, it was removed.
