The Wyse 5060 is a great device for homelabbers and techy folks of all kinds. Although Dell originally produced them to be used as mere thin clients, they are much more versatile than that. Their greatest advantage is in power consumption - they max out at 25 watts running at full chat, with most people reporting idle power consumption between 7 and 10 watts. How much are you paying the electric company to run your services on that old desktop computer?

• The CPU is a quad-core AMD GX-424CC @ 2.4GHz with Radeon R5E graphics.
  
• There are two RAM slots, with one of them currently occupied by a 4gb SODIMM of DDR3L-12800. Dell's documentation states it can handle 8gb.
  
• Internal Storage is a 8gb SATA Flash DOM. There is plenty of room inside the case to upgrade to a 2.5" SSD, which can be connected to the motherboard with a 22-pin SATA extension cable (among other options).
  
• There is an unoccupied M.2 slot on the motherboard. (2230; E Key)
