Brand new. I only opened the box to make sure everything inside was untouched as you can see in the later pics. Ill wrap this whole thing in some bubble wrap, and put inside another box safely for shipping, something like that. Please ask questions if you have them and do your research, she's dated some but retrofits are cool, and as a beginner model it seems like a great choice. Thanks.
