• The top plate looks slightly curved after installation. Is this normal?

  A slight curve of the top plate is normal and does not affect the rack’s stability or load-bearing performance.

• The screw cannot be tightened or the bottom tube feels loose. What should I do?

  Check that the threaded insert is properly positioned. If it moves or the screw cannot be tightened,please stop assembly and aks for assistance.

• Where can I find the 3D printed handle and side panel designs?

• How can I make sure the base plate is locked properly?

  Push the base plate fully inward until you hear a “click.” Check that the black stopper behind the slide rail is properly positioned.

• Does it fit the Creality SpacePi X Series and SUNLU AMS Heater?

  Yes. However, since these units are larger than Bambu AMS units, the lid of the lower unit may not open fully even when the pull-out tray is fully extended. It can open to approximately 80%.
