Larger machines ship via freight carrier with standard curbside delivery. If you are in an area with limited access or outside of carrier'sdelivery area, it may be necessary to pick your shipment up at thenearest freight terminal. We will not be responsible or compensate foradditional delivery fees in these areas. If this is a concern in yourarea, please contact our customer service and we will discuss this withthe freight company before the item is purchased.After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you toschedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it'sextremely important to provide your main contact number and analternative at the time of check out. For freight shipments going to aresidential address, the shipping company will call you the day yourshipping is delivered at the local terminal to schedule a deliveryappointment. All residential freight orders require an appointment tobe delivered. Oftentimes, the estimated delivery date on the websitewill be incorrect because of the appointment policy. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs inshipping, we will need pictures of the damaged area on the machine aswell as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order toprocess a claim with the shipping company. Please retain all packingmaterials until a claim is filed by us and arrangements can be made fora replacement or refund.
