Return Policy
The majority of the items we sell are used. We test all items to the best of our ability, if we do not have the capability to test an item we will notate the extent of our testing in the item description. We carefully pack each item for safe shipping. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, our products have a 60 day Warranty (replacement or store credit) against defect. If you have a problem, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
We offer a 14 day return policy for working items. This policy however is subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned with original serial numbers intact and not tampered with.
