Elegoo Neptune 4/4 Pro Toolhead Adapter PCB Board (TH Board) Important Fitment Note
In December 2025 Elegoo made changes to the Neptune 4 series of printers. Please be sure to know which version printer you have, so that you can choose the correct replacement part.
The easiest way to tell which version you have is to look at the toolhead cable: Older version: Will have a flat ribbon cable connecting to the toolhead (with latches securing it). Newer version: Will have a USB-C cable that connects to the toolhead (secured by two screws).
This board is located on the toolhead and is sometimes called the main cable breakout board.
