Order may be shipped to HOLD at a designated location at the discretion of seller. If there is any doubt on the condition of the shipment, deal with it before accepting the package. When using FedEx, the preferred pickup location will be a FedEx Office location and then a Walgreens or Dollar General.FedEx's "virtual size," or Dimensional Weight (DIM Weight), is a calculated weight based on your package's length, width, and height, used because cargo space (volume) is as important as actual weight for carriers; you're charged for whichever is greater: the actual scale weight or the DIM weight. To find it, multiply L x W x H (rounding up to the nearest inch) and divide by the DIM divisor (like 139 for US/Intl) to get the DIM weight.
