These are not for consumers building PCs, these are NAS, DAS, SAN drives. They must have a fan directly on them or they burn up in minutes at more than 50°c.
They are tested and work great, when used correctly.
Hour counts are about 22k and 1.5k Power cycles.

I literally test all drives hours before shipping. I have records of the testing. Do not msg me asking for a refund (weeks later) saying it is broken; after you misused it. That is what 2 people have done in the past, and they cried and cried to for weeks.
