Open box but never assembled. Hardware is still in sealed packs. Includes instructions that got caught on packing tape so cover page is damaged, otherwise all relevant info is fine. All parts are there; we checked. We couldn't find the allen wrenches so we just tossed in some old ones we had. You might find them in there. They swivel, tilt, rotate, move mostly however you need.

Per manufacturer:

"To ensure compatibility of the dual monitor stand, each of your monitors must meet three conditions: Firstly, computer screen size range: 17 to 32 inches. Secondly, screen weight range: 4.4 to 19.8 lbs. Thirdly, there must be VESA mounting holes on the back of the monitor screen that are spaced 75x75 mm or 100x100 mm apart."
