Our store hours are 8am to 3pm Monday-Friday. We do monitor questions over the weekend but in some cases, it may be the following business day for a response.
The units are used and were taken from a work environment and all have been tested for power only. Units could not be tested for functionality as we do not have the capability to test without the software. These printers cannot be connected unless the client is under contract with Card at Once. Keys were taped to unit upon receiving, however, we cannot guarantee they are the correct ones as units do not open unless software installed. The items show wear from normal use, but remain in good condition. They may be marked, have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use. See ALL photos for details. There are multiple units available and the unit you receive will be of similar condition but may have a different asset tag and serial number than what is shown in the photos.

Shipping Details
All of our orders are shipped the same or the next business day.
We ship our packages via FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.
We offer local pickup for specific items, which must be scheduled by appointment.
Payment Details
Supported payments by and PayPal are the only acceptable payment method. We ship to confirmed buyers' addresses verified by PayPal.
Payments must be made within 3 days of the offer closing. All non-payment members will be added to our blocked list and banned from future purchases.

Return Policy
We accept returns on all items that qualify for our 30-Day Warranty. We will pay return shipping for any item that is defective, damaged, or misrepresented in our listing. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded once the return is delivered and inspected.
If you have a problem with our product please call us before opening a case we will resolve it. Opening a case against us whether resolved or not still hurts our quality rating and costs us money with for higher listing fees. Most of our cases turn out to be consumer errors or not fully understanding the description prior to purchase.
Asset Management
We assign all of our items with unique asset tags that match our inventory system and track what items we ship out with the part number, serial number, and item condition with parts/peripherals.
All returns must match the asset tag assigned to the order to be eligible for a full exchange/refund.
